How to clean a micro gear pump

There are two main types of cleaning agents for micro gear pumps: water-based cleaning agents and organic solvents. Water based cleaning agents are mainly composed of phosphates, silicates, surfactants, and water. Organic solvent cleaning agents are divided into gasoline, kerosene, and diesel power categories, trichloroethylene, trichloroethylene, fluorocarbon and their azeotropic mixtures, and non power categories.

The cleaning of hydraulic components during maintenance refers to the various parts, pipelines, oil tanks, and seals of hydraulic components. There are usually many types of dirt such as oil stains, rust proof coatings, and surface oxides that enter the parts. Before installation, they should be soaked and cleaned with different types of cleaning agents. The specific method is as follows:
1. After immersing various parts in a degreasing solution such as sodium hydroxide or sodium sulfate for a period of time (up to 48 hours), the oil and dirt will loosen, and then carefully clean them with various cleaning agents. After cleaning, rinse them with warm water once.
2. Soak various loose parts in an acidic cleaning agent (with a ratio of 20% to 30% hydrochloric acid) for 30-40 minutes, then carefully clean with various cleaning agents, and finally rinse with warm water once.
3. Soak the loose parts in alkaline cleaning agent (with a ratio of 10% sodium hydroxide) for 15 minutes (with a cleaning agent temperature of 30-40 ℃), then wash them with detergent and rinse them with warm water once.
4. Dry the loose parts, apply rust inhibitor or immediately put them into installation. If not installed in the short term, cover them with plastic film.
5. The hose is the most difficult component to clean thoroughly and can be sprayed with high-speed liquid flow for cleaning. Hard pipes can also be cleaned using the same method. To solve the rust prevention problem of water-based cleaning, rust proof oil (such as SM-I rust proof oil) is used. After cleaning, the parts are immersed in this water film displacement type rust proof oil, and the water in the parts is immediately removed, forming a layer of rust proof oil film on the surface of the workpiece, and the metal is not corroded.
