Gear Pump and Motor

In order to extend the service life of the pump and maintain it's pumping stability. please make sure that the medium working condition is consistent with the required working condition.In order to avoid particle wear on the pump, we strongly recommend that you install properly before the pump (The main filter must have a filtration efficiency of 99.98% for particles above 10μm).
 

To avoid cavitation and dry rotation, it is recommended that you install a low pressure protection switch before the pump inlet. For the minimum inlet pressure of different types of pumps, see the parameter table in the technical specification of the high pressure piston pumps. Ensure that the inlet pipe is not smaller than the inlet diameter of the pump.

Frequency converter requirements: if the pump is used with a frequency converter, the frequency converter is required to be heavy-duty constant torque, and the starting model is constant torque to start (the special frequency converter of the pump fan is not constant torque, and may not be able to drive the positive displacement pump: for example, ABB's ACS510 series frequency converter may not be able to drive the DHP high-pressure plunger pump. Other Brand pump fan special inverter is the same, please pay attention to communicating with inverter manufacturer about selection.
Please pay attention to the continuous inlet pressure, maximum peak inlet pressure, maximum continuous outlet pressure, minimum outlet pressure operating range of different types of pumps, please see the parameter table in the high pressure pump technical specifications. Please be careful to ensure that the pressure of the pump during operation does not exceed the range required by the specification.

If the pump is running. abnormal noise and vibration occur,please stop the plunger pump immediately, and repair the high-pressure plunger pump.
The plunger pump is forbidden to start with the back end valve closed, otherwise it may cause the safety valve to work and even the pipeline to burst.
It is recommended that the inlet and outlet of the high-pressure plunger pump adopt the flexible connection model of the high-pressure hose.
High pressure piston pump with water as the lubricating medium (no need and prohibit the addition of any lubricating oil), when running must ensure that the pump body is full of water. Do not operate in the absence of water! Otherwise, it is easy to cause the high pressure plunger pump to be scrapped.
